   Proposal Description:
   Many elderly subjects suffer from multiple comorbidities before being diagnosed   with Alzheimer's disease. The objective of this analysis is to examine whether    specific comorbid conditions and an overall higher comorbidity burden are         associated with (1) different cognitive decline trajectory and (2) AD             neuropathology.
